Well, curious as a stray cat… I did a test installation of the all brand new version of wordpress 1.3 Alpha 3.

The cool new feature is the theme manager ! A list of the new features are listed here.
I tried to port the “blue” theme of this site to the new one.
Its so cool. Drop the theme and you are ready !!!!
So cool !
And as always… a 5 minute install !
